One Size Does Not Fit All When it Comes to Store Design

Wharton conducted a survey of 1.006 shoppers to uncover what makes an amazing shopping experience. The study yielded some interesting, albeit intuitive, results. However, it’s very valuable to have research back up what retailers should have been working on for the last 6-9 months. Some people just won’t budge without a report.
