Retailers are lookng for new avenues to reach consumers and hold their attention in the current economy. Beyond price manipulations, this means making a trip to the store well worth the visit — making it either valuable or enjoyable or both.
According to the magazine, the study will provide guidance for retailers in a variety of areas including:
