The Best Retail Customer Experiences 2009

Customer Retail Experience Magazine just released their survey of 2,500 consumers revealing their favorite retail experiences.  Retailers are lookng for new avenues to reach consumers and hold their attention in the current economy.  Beyond price manipulations, this means making a trip to the store well worth the visit — making it either valuable or enjoyable or both.
